It's Grandma Silva's Hot Toddy.

[He sounds far too cheerful about it. He gives Castiel an appraising look, ending up somewhere between amused and concerned. Having two of the other angels sick makes him nervous. But he ruffles Castiel's hair and they end up outside the Chateau.

It's warm inside, and he takes Cas back to the kitchen. There's a mug on the counter, which Lucifer nods at.]

The trick is to drink it before it gets cold.

It boosts the immune system and relieves symptoms. ...Do you sleep now?

[Always full of human questions, Lucifer is, which is odd if you think about it. Then again, Castiel is the only one he presents them to]

I tried not to. By the time I did, I didn't remember it. No dreams, no funny stories.

[The cough gets an involuntary tension going in Lucifer, but he eyes the drink, and Castiel. It's not the same gasping, wet hacking that Raphael has, at least.]

It should stop that, too. The coughing.

I don't know. Possibly no one; I am the only one sick at the Temple and I have encountered no other that is.

[He quirks a brow and considers telling him about bacteria and viruses and the spread of disease...but if Pestilence shows up he'll just make the Horseman give a lecture on it.]

Although Lucifer is kind of annoyed that his pets have been killed or maimed. Do you know how hard it is to raise and chain the Horsemen?]

Mostly. Raphael healed it; the rest is getting used to it again.

[It being uncontrollable rage.]

It's easier the second time around. ...Have you seen Balthazar?

[Whatever 'it' is. At the very least he knows it's Balthazar's death. And yes. That might have been the tiniest bit of comfort there. Or reassurance or 'go team!' shoulder clapping, however you want to think of it.]
