My sister, Anna, has returned home.

[To be imprisoned, go insane, and be killed. She's one of those that, for her, being here was better than being at home.

Two friends in two days; it isn't the worst anyone's dealt with by any means, but it still hurts. And Anna... Anna, one of the few siblings he loved, he would never see again. And she left here hating him.

Notification done, he just turns off the feed with no additional comment.]

[She recognizes that look, needing to talk but not quiet certain how. Too many hunters had worn that look when they'd wandered into the Roadhouse, weary and exhausted.

[And she's spent more than enough time at Jo's place or getting out to explore the few buildings in the immediate area. Cas looks like he needs company and she needs to get out of the house.]

[No, the Temple is pretty hard to miss, even without the precise coordinates that Cas had given her. It's far easier to pick out a familiar dun-colored trenchcoat.

[Had it been anyone else experiencing such a loss, they'd more than likely have been greeted with a hug. But she holds off, at least for the moment. The Cas she remembers still isn't completely sure what to do with contact like that. Ellen moves to sit beside him, a quiet offer of company, or conversation if he chooses.]

[He'll be all right. Her family has been taken from different places, different times, but they're together, they're still family. They take care of their own.]

Not much. He told me she was an angel who gave up her grace to become mortal. I heard a bit about how she took it back. After that.. he wasn't much for talking about her.

It ultimately cost her her life, but she took the risk because it was worth it to be able to make her own decisions.

It's a hell of a risk you and Anna both took.
